Villa Marinella is a contemporary seaside villa set in the tranquil village of Zaton, just outside the historic city of Dubrovnik. Designed with clean lines and light-filled interiors, the villa provides a calm and stylish base for a relaxed holiday on the Dalmatian coast.

The villa offers plenty of living space and accommodates up to eight adults in four spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed, air conditioning, television, and a private modern bathroom. Three bathrooms feature walk‑in showers, while one includes a bathtub, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day. The interiors are bright and well balanced, centred around a generous open‑plan living and dining area that opens onto a balcony overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is seamlessly integrated and opens directly onto the outdoor terrace, encouraging easy indoor‑outdoor living.

Outside, the terrace is arranged for long, leisurely days. A private swimming pool is bordered by sun loungers, while a shaded dining area and barbecue provide an inviting setting for relaxed meals. The sea lies just 100 metres away, with soft sea views adding to the villa’s peaceful atmosphere. P

Zaton offers several excellent restaurants and cafés, while the walled city of Dubrovnik, just 8 km away, is perfect for cultural exploration, dining, and evening strolls. Boat excursions to nearby islands and national parks can also be easily arranged.
