Our View

A beautiful villa with large pool situated within very easy reach of Noto, a charming town and UNESCO World Heritage Site, known as the “capital of Sicilian Baroque”.

About The Villa

Recently renovated, Villa Angelica is set within a hamlet, just north of charming Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The property features bright, cosy interiors with a kitchen, living room with fireplace, double bedroom and a bathroom at ground floor level. A staircase leads from the living room to the first floor, which is home to three bedrooms and two shower rooms. Adjacent to the main house there is a fully equipped rustic kitchen with wood-fired oven and large dining table. Outside there are spacious sunny and shaded terracotta terraces, and the beautiful, large, private free-form pool.
 
The property is in an ideal location for exploring the charming surrounding area, known for its beaches and beautiful Baroque architecture. Noto, with its selection of bars and restaurants, is less than 10km away, and the house is just a short drive from the sandy beaches of Lido di Noto. Siracusa and Ortigia, the other towns of the Noto Valley, and the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari are all within easy driving distance.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival between 16:00 - 21:00. Late arrivals between 21:00 - 24:00 are on request and are subject to a late arrival fee €30 payable in cash locally. Departure by 10:00.

Changeover day flexible but Saturday departure day between 17 June and 01 September (minimum stay 7 nights).
