Our View

A scenic headland is the setting for this luxury villa in Corfu. The accommodation is spacious and chic, the service is superb, and the views from the exceptional swimming pools are spectacular.

About The Villa

With a timber yoga platform over the water by a boulder-strewn beach, a relaxing reading deck raised above the sea in the shade of a tree, a series of stone terraces for al fresco lounging and dining, and a private jetty and tennis court, this exquisite estate looks out to sea across two infinity pools, one of them an incredible forty metres long. A magnificent venue for a gathering of family or friends, Kingfisher Point is a pair of adjacent, highly luxurious houses, Amarea and Ophelia with four bedroooms each. Amarea is larger in proportion than Ophelia and both have airy sitting rooms and direct sea access.

Built of local stone and mellowed wood, the two are beautifully furnished with contemporary elegance, adding a touch of rustic charm in furnishings and architectural features. An ultra-relaxing atmosphere is enhanced by breakfast, housekeeper and concierge services, and although the villa is very privately positioned, it is within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Kassiopi and Avlaki and a short drive from St. Stephano harbour and Kassiopi’s nightlife.

Important Information

Kingfisher Point is formed of two houses, AMAREA and OPHELIA  each sleeping 8, side by side with a gate between the two, and ample dining for the whole party at Amarea. The two houses are available to rent individually outside July and August – please see their individual web entries for prices and availability

Owner Managed 

The villa manager will either visit you on arrival or will be available by phone during your stay. Contact details will be sent with your travel documents.
