Located in a renowned private estate surrounded by pine forests on the Cap Benat, this modern newly built villa is nestled amongst a Mediterranean garden complete with boules pitch.  An inviting entrance hall leads into the main open plan living area with a sleek, modern kitchen and a dining and sitting area complete with fireplace for colder evenings. The property has been beautifully decorated, with neutral contemporary interiors combined with carefully selected pieces of furniture, and quirky touches throughout the living space.
