About The Villa

Nestled in the hills of the Côte d'Azur lies Le Petit Paradis, part of our ABOVE collection. A truly luxurious villa in a splendid setting overlooking the sea, Le Petit Paradis enjoys a sense of seclusion on its tranquil hill side setting, though shops and restaurants in Ramatuelle are only 2km away. Superbly designed and constructed in local stone, it is  surrounded by terraced gardens, with pathways and steps linking its exceptional outdoor living spaces and a stunning infinity pool with beach area. 

Above the pool area is the superbly equipped summer kitchen with dining area and from there French doors lead into the magnificent interiors. The villa is beautifully furnished with the very best furniture and fittings, with carefully chosen art work and other pieces adding character to contemporary décor. An open plan living room and kitchen enjoys natural light flooding through the many French doors. The well-equipped kitchen with artfully designed wooden units and an island breakfast bar is operated by your own in-house chef, included in the rental in the high summer or available on request at additional cost at other times.  

On the ground floor we'll also find two elegant double bedroom suites, a twin bedroom and separate children's room with two cots, bunk bed all with en-suite facilities. The twin bedroom and children's bedroom interconnect and steps lead up from the twin bedroom and the children's room to a mezzanine play area above.  These two play areas interconnect at the upper level. The magnificent first floor master bedroom boasts panoramic views of the Côte d'Azur, enjoyed either from the private terrace or  the free standing bath in the en suite.  At pool level of the property there is a further beautiful double bedroom suite interconnecting with a bunk bedded room. There is also a very large open plan area with sitting and bar area for the adults and a children's games area with toys, board games, pool table, table tennis and football table.  Outside there is a further dedicated children's play area, steps down to a viewing platform to enjoy the incredible views,  and an additional dining area with dining table and wooden benches at the upper level for large groups. 

Ramatuelle is within 2km, and beaches within 5 - 6km.  La Croix Valmer is also within very easy reach.  We are sure that this property will be greatly enjoyed by those who appreciate comfort and style and the dedicated staff will ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable.
