Mercers Creek Villa is a unique and very special property in Antigua, ideal for entertaining large groups.
Set within 26 acres of beautiful land, Mercers Creek Villa sleeps up to 16 guests between the historic main house and four colourful garden cottages. A fabulous house for large group getaways, as well as an exceptional private pool and pool house, lies a ping pong table and a croquet lawn plus a private beach and access to the sea with kayaks for guests use. Those looking to relax will enjoy the villa’s own treatment room in which a range of wellness and beauty treatments can be arranged upon request.
Inside the main house is a comfortable and colourful drawing room decorated in tropical blues and greens, a large dining room, a library and a fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite open to the terrace on the ground floor, with a further two bedrooms located on the lower ground floor with the games room. Four fabulous garden cottages are decorated in pretty pastel colours, each containing a double bedroom with bathroom en suite opening to a private terrace. This accommodation layout is ideal for guests to enjoy space and privacy paired with excellent communal areas for socialising.
A tourism guest levy of $5 USD per person per night for all guests over the age of 6 is to be paid on arrival.
A refundable damage deposit of $1000 USD is to be paid locally upon arrival.
A minimum night stay of 4 nights applies all year round excluding the holiday season (21 Dec - 04 Jan) which has a minimum night stay of 10 nights.
