A wonderful house in a very private location, Villa Ashiana offers a peaceful retreat in St Lucia with an idyllic freeform pool and magnificent sea views.
With wondrous views out to sea and across the lush green landscape of St Lucia, Villa Ashiana is a spacious property for large groups of friends or two families holidaying together. The light and airy ground floor is entirely open plan, featuring a living, dining and kitchen area. Upstairs there are five lovely bedrooms; two twin rooms with a shared shower room, two en suite double rooms and a master double bedroom with en suite shower room and a lovely balcony with sea views.
Outside there is a spacious terrace equipped for al fresco dining and a gorgeous free-form infinity pool, which looks out to the cobalt blue Caribbean sea. Nearby amenities can be found in Marigot Bay 0.3km away
A refundable security deposit of US$1000 is to be paid upon arrival.
The great advantage of a Caribbean villa holiday is that holidays can commence on any day and duration is also flexible. The minimum stay is 5 nights, so villas can be booked for 8, 9, 10, 11 nights etc. Special conditions apply for Christmas and New Year. Please enquire for a full tailor-made quotation.
Stays of minimum 7 nights are required over Christmas and New year . 7 night stays should be EITHER Christmas or New Year. Stays of more than 7 nights but less than 14 nights are accepted if the stay also spans either Christmas or New Year. 5 night minimum stay for all other periods.
For parties up to 2 people, one bedroom will be available, for parties of up to 4 people two bedrooms will be available, for parties of up to 6 people, three bedrooms will be available, up to 8 people 4 bedrooms will be available. This does not apply for the Christmas and New Year period.
100% cancellation fee applies for any booking cancelled 60 days or less before departure for travel between December 15th - April 14th inclusive. For all other periods 100% cancellation fee applies for any booking cancelled 45 days or less before departure.
