All are surrounded by scented herb gardens and expansive terraces, stylishly furnished for al fresco dining and lounging, and pathways lead down to two pebble beaches and a yoga platform over the water.
A superb venue for a group of friends, Amarea’s chic interiors include a beautiful sitting room with a huge stone fireplace, and four bedrooms, the master suite enjoying a private courtyard with outdoor shower. The house shares a beautiful tennis court and private jetty with its sister-villa OPHELIA and restaurants in Avlaki are within easy walking distance.
From June 26th - August 27th 2023 Amarea is exclusively sold together with its sister property Ophelia, forming KINGFISHER POINT for 16 people. Amarea is not available for rent on its own during this period.
Please note that due to the unique design of the property each room is accessed from the outside and there are no interconnecting rooms. A single bed may be able to be placed in the downstairs bedrooms to help accommodate your specific party, upon request, as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded.
