About The Villa

This glass-fronted villa is all about the stunning sea views. Huge windows contrast perfectly with the charming white-washed exterior, and drink in the views of the ocean from nearly all angles. A premium hillside setting means the villa is super central; just a ten to fifteen minute walk from the shops, bars and restaurants in Kalkan, and only 2km from the town’s idyllic pebble beach. If you fancy a sandier stretch, it’s just 6km to the golden sands at Kaputas. The villa has a large 13 metre-wide infinity pool that faces the ocean and is heatable on request, with sun loungers and comfy bean bags indulgently positioned around the spacious pool terrace. A gas barbecue and outdoor dining table complete the outside beneath a shaded al fresco pergola.

Inside, the villa has been decorated to a seriously high standard. There are five individually-styled bedrooms dotted between the ground, first and second floors, which each include the luxury of a balcony or terrace access. The most indulgent is the top floor’s master double bedroom , which has a private bathroom and access to a fabulous terrace – complete with its very own Jacuzzi and shaded seating area for maximum privacy. The spectacular sea views from this panoramic spot are a serious villa standout, too. The ground floor is mostly made up of the large open plan living area – this generous space includes a stylish lounge with sink-worthy leather sofas, and a bright red-styled kitchen with an island and breakfast bar. You’ll find all of the mod cons expected of a property of this standard here, including little luxuries like the juicer, blender, ice maker and coffee machine. Head down to the lower ground floor to enjoy the villa’s personal gym equipment and pool table.
