In a beautiful setting surrounded by rolling green hills, Villa Gioia is just an easy walk away from the shops and restaurants of San Casciano dei Bagni, where you’ll also find the town’s famous thermal pools. The property itself is bright and spacious throughout, and is decorated in an elegantly modern style with all accommodation on the ground floor. There is a large kitchen with breakfast area, as well as a light and airy living/dining room. The master bedroom has French doors opening to the pool terrace, and an en suite bathroom with stunning sunken bath. There are two further double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and three twin rooms also with en suite bathrooms, all with French doors providing direct access to the gardens. Outside, there is a covered veranda with a sitting and dining area overlooking the private swimming pool and with lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
Please note €1000 float is required to be paid upon arrival in cash towards all food and expenses. If this amount is unused then it will be returned at the end of the guests stay.
