Part of our luxurious ABOVE collection, Villa Lana is breathtaking inside and out, complete with its own freshwater infinity pool and Jacuzzi pavilion.
Villa Lana is an incredible property situated on the exclusive Melissonia estate in Corfu. It is beautiful both inside and out, with stunning interiors, immaculate grounds and incredible views of the sea. In the main house, guests will enjoy two airy en suite bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as a spacious living/dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs is the master double bedroom with a super-king size bed, bathroom en suite and private terrace. An adjacent guest house is available for groups of 6 or more and offers two more en suite bedrooms, plus a kitchen and living area. The most beautiful aspect of the villa is the freshwater infinity pool, designed to resemble a natural rock pool, boasting amazing panoramas of the sea. There is also a stunning Jacuzzi pavilion and two outside bars, one in the lawned garden and one close to the pool. Villa Lana also has its own private sea platform with a jetty and ladder access to swim in the sea. Visitors may like to moor a boat for the week and explore the coastline.
Part of our ABOVE portfolio, the villa includes concierge and a private chef service. Champagne and canapes are served on arrival for a truly luxurious stay. Several brilliant tavernas can be found in nearby Agni and Kaminaki. Further shops, restaurants and activities can be found a very short drive away in Nissaki.
Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the holiday cost is required at the time of booking.
In addition please note that a security deposit of EUR 5000 will be deducted two weeks’ prior to your holiday, this will be returned once you return home, with any deductions detailed prior to your departure from the villa by the house manager.
As at many houses in Greece, there are various unprotected drops on the property including from the pool terrace to the lower garden so care should be taken at all times.
Whilst the preferred changeover day is Monday, flexibility on this and duration may be granted upon request.
The concierge is non-resident but will visit as required and is contactable 6 days per week. The concierge will gladly make any arrangements for you to make your stay memorable and can be contacted in advance upon request.
