Near the coast of south Antigua, this beautiful Caribbean sea front villa is situated in the area locally known as Turtle Bay, the turtle hatching ground.
Step foot into the incredibly spacious, open plan living dining and kitchen area with high ceilings. The kitchen, painted beautifully blue, matches perfectly to the traditional colonial-style interiors, whilst the living and dining area both branch out onto the pool area via an open archway giving plenty of natural light, and fresh air. Additionally, there is a TV lounge and media room for those looking to seek a cosy setting. Three double bedrooms, all with shower room en suites can be found on the ground floor, with french doors providing access straight to the pool terrace.
Upstairs is where the master bedroom can be found. A magnificent sized room with a shower room en suite, lounge area with a sea and yacht club view, terrace, and rear private balcony. Additionally, another double bedroom with a private balcony and bathroom is situated on this floor.
Poised between palm trees, a charming cottage sits in the grounds, painted picture card yellow with blue shutters. One bedroom with bath and shower room en suite is nested away here.
Outside, is a private pool area with a gazebo and direct access to the sea, Dieppe bay. Two additional beaches, Pigeon beach and Galleon beach are just 6km away whilst Rendezvous bay is just a fifty minute hike away. Amenities such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants start from just a five minute drive away.

A tourism guest levy of $5 USD per person per night for all guests is to be paid on arrival.
Minimum of 7 nights stay between 1st January and 12th May and 5 days minimum for all other dates.
If the guests exceed the threshold of electricity during their stay there will be a charge to cover this. The threshold is high and should not be met, however, in the unusual circumstance the guest uses excessive amounts then they will be charged the excess.
Access to house is a dirt road, 4x4 car hire is recommended
