Perched just above the coast, sits Monte do Cacador. A perfectly placed villa on a quiet spot of land with vast amounts of outdoor space. Boasting a unique location, within walking distance of two stunning sandy beaches and close to variety of restaurants and bars, this is an amazing location.
Enter via your private drive, to find a spacious three hectare plot all for you. Steps lead up to the main courtyard and inside, you will find the open plan sitting room and dining area. Expansive windows with picturesque sea views are the highlight of this room and can be admired whilst relaxing on the sofa. A rustic styled kitchen leads out onto the outdoor terrace and dining area with beautiful vistas of the ocean. Four double bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, all with an en suite shower room, with three, boasting terrace access to enjoy a morning coffee or evening sundowner whilst watching the sunset. All of the four bedrooms on the ground floor are accessed externally from the interior courtyard and pool area.
Via external stairs from interior courtyard, head upstairs to find a quiet living room perfect for reading and your master bedroom complete with a en suite shower room. A private terrace offers magnificent sea views.
Outside of your villa, the amenities continue with a choice of al fresco dining areas, one with barbecue overlooking the spacious pool, outdoor shower and table tennis table. To complete this amazing host of facilities, find your own private tennis court providing stunning ocean views.
Evaristo beach is just a 50m walk away, with an additional two beaches just an extra 100m.
