Casa Costa is a contemporary and large sea front villa with a boutique style design, in the enchanting Algarve.
This quintessential villa is ideal for family or friends who are looking for a tranquil retreat with bounds of outdoor space. Six breakfasts and five dinner services are included per week, making it the perfect choice for anyone looking for someone else to take the strain.
Inside, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is a sight to behold. This expansive space consists of high quality furnishings that have a minimalistic and modern style. French doors spread across the back wall of this space, providing direct access to the pool and alfresco dining area. Further on there are three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with their own individual en suite and all with bounds of natural light. A cinema room is also situated on this floor.
Upstairs on the first floor, there is a charming roof terrace with outdoor seating and panoramic sea views, a delightful place to watch the sun go down.
Outside, guests can make use of the private pool, lawned gardens and al fresco area, complete with an outdoor barbecue.
Shops, restaurants, bars and even bakeries are only 800m away from the villa, if guests wish to venture out. A pathway from Casa Costa leads directly to a beach below the villa, but additional sandy beaches are within walking distance along the cliff path.
Please note deposit and cancellation terms: 25% deposit on confirmation and full cancellation is due at 8 weeks prior to departure.
Compulsory security deposit of €6,000 must be paid by credit card directly to the villa owner at least two weeks before arrival. This is a refundable amount provided there are no damages. CV Villas in unable to take security deposits and this must be organised directly between the customer and villa owner.
