The characteristic bright whiteness of Richard Meier's design is striking in the muted Italian countryside, giving the villa a futuristic elegance, further exaggerated by the eccentricity of the interior's bleached colour palette and various cacti dotted around the property. The rectangular infinity pool reaches out towards the stunning Lake Garda below, views can be enjoyed also on the spacious veranda adjacent. The interior spaces are also roomy, with an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen and wooden U-shaped staircase. With an on-site sauna, gym and spa, there's no need to venture out to use the resort's facilities, although it's nice to have options. The master bedroom boasts a free standing bath in the room, from which more panoramic views of the stunning lake can be enjoyed.
