The aptly named Lake House enjoys blissful views across Koggala Lake and out toward the sea beyond. Nestled amidst tall trees, lush paddy fields and abundant wildlife, this wonderful house provides a tranquil oasis of calm in the heart of southern Sri Lanka. Guests can take sunrise or sunset boat trips around the lake and escorted bike rides through the picturesque paddy fields, while a guide will point out the local wildlife. 

The villa itself is all on one level and ideally designed for indoor-outdoor living with covered terraces accessible from most rooms; this includes an al fresco dining terrace for dinner with a view. There are three spacious bedrooms; two with four-poster double beds and one twin room, all of which are en suite. A team of long standing staff ensures that guests enjoy a happy and memorable holiday, taking care of everything from welcome drinks upon arrival to cook service and housekeeping. Closest amenities are in Habar, as well as some of the most scenic beaches in the country for heavenly sunset walks.
