Cushioned in quiet countryside, this spacious and stylish villa is perfectly positioned between the lively attractions of Alcudia and the atmospheric streets of Old Pollensa, and seems to take a little of each for its own excellent design. Its traditional exterior is typically Mallorcan, a single soaring palm forming the centrepiece of the entry courtyard, mellowed stone walls echoing the lines of local farmhouses; but within the villa are very contemporary rooms, furnished in cool neutral colours and fitted with every amenity from WiFi and Apple TV’s, to a sleek steel kitchen-diner, replete with modern appliances.
Each of the six calm, uncluttered bedrooms has its own bath or shower room, all but one en suite, most opening out to the garden or upper terrace, and one ideal for up to four children. And get-together space includes a large and airy sitting room, a separate TV/play room, and covered terraces for dining and relaxing, draped in jasmine and bougainvillea and overlooking a lovely wade-in pool. With cook service an option for a truly leisurely stay, Ca’n Andrea is 5km from Pollensa old town, 10km from a water sports beach, and 7km from Alcudia.

Please note that the bunk bedroom is considered only suitable for children.
There is a sofa bed in the TV room which can be used for a nanny or staff. Total occupancy is up to 8 adults and 4 children (including any nanny in the TV room) including infants.
