Set in half an acre of landscaped gardens, amid the gentle hills of L’Anse Aux Epines, the peacefully positioned Spice of Life looks out across Mt. Hartman Bay to offshore coral reefs, and is just a ten minute walk from a sandy beach. Furnished in comfortably informal style, with vibrant art adorning the walls, window seats piled with multi-coloured cushions, and plenty of plants, potted and hanging, bringing the garden indoors, it is a villa infused with an air of easy relaxation. This leisurely idling could be tangibly enhanced with cook service, and is certainly encouraged by the pretty shell-shaped swimming pool, where a poolside wet bar and shaded seating is perfectly placed for drinks and snacks. Above it, closer to the house, a tiled terrace is furnished for al fresco dining, and within the villa there is a TV den/study, an open-plan living/dining room with picture windows overlooking the bay, and three air-conditioned bedrooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. The airy and affordable villa is a fifteen minute drive from golf and St. Georges.
