From Kruger Park to Victoria Falls and Botswana. This tour takes you to three of southern Africa’s most attractive regions. In wildlife haven Kruger Park you can follow the tracks of elephants, giraffes, lions, rhinos and zebras. In Livingstone, on the banks of the Zambezi River, you can relax in style and enjoy the spray from Victoria Falls. And the grass steppes of the Okavango Delta are home to antelopes, gnus, lions and leopards. Nature in all its glory!
Travel Programme
Day 1
SWISS flight from Zurich to Johannesburg (South Africa).
Day 2
Arrival in Johannesburg, onward flight to Kruger Mpumalanga. Transfer to Lukimbi Lodge in the southern section of Kruger Park.
Day 3
Morning and evening safaris within Kruger Park, with the time in between to spend as you wish, or you may take part in one of the optional activities.
Day 4
Morning and evening safaris. Time during the day set aside for relaxation.
Day 5
Early-morning transfer to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport followed by flight via Johannesburg to Livingstone (Zambia). Transfer to Royal Livingstone Hotel.
Day 6
Tour to Victoria Falls between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Sunset cruise on the Zambezi River.
Day 7
Transfer to Kasane, flight to Khwai River Lodge in the Okavango Delta. Evening safari at Moremi Reserve. Overnight in luxurious tent.
Day 8
Guided bush tour in the morning. Possibility to visit local village or go on a second bush tour on the Khwai River. Evening safari.
Day 9
Morning and evening safari. Time during the day set aside for relaxation.
Day 10 and 11
Morning flight to Maun. Onward flight to Johannesburg and return flight to Switzerland with SWISS.
Morning arrival at Zurich.
Day 10 – 14
Optional extra programme: Cape Town. (returning to Zurich on day 15)
